I have extensive experience in entrepreneurship and creative direction across music, film, advertising, events, and nightlife in China and the broader Asia-Pacific region. A specialist in youth culture with over 13 years of expertise ideating experiences and content that captivate both clients and communities alike. My insights in these fields have led to several notable speaking engagements around the world including SXSW, MIDEM, All That Matters, EDC, WAM, Big Sound, OYA, and Forbes.
As a Creative Director, I’ve dedicated much of my time towards Chinese and Asian youth culture along with the emergence of the homogenous “internet generation”. In 2017, I joined Asian entertainment media brand 88rising as General Manager and Creative Director. As the first hire in Asia, I established their creative agency, social media network, and production house in China. My creative expertise spans across various formats from conceptualizing summer music campaigns and events for H&M to ideating and executing a viral Chinese New Year TVC spot for Sprite.
